The Look4limos service is provided to you under the terms and conditions as laid out in this document. By completing the registration process and using this site you are stating that you have read and understood the terms of service, indicating your agreement to be bound by all the terms and conditions of Look4limos.co.uk

1. Description of Service
Look4limos is a booking and hire site for limousines across the UK. Your use of Look4limos carries with it no rights in relation to copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights in Look4limos.

It is the members responsibility to a) provide all equipment, including computer and modem, necessary for connection to the internet, and b) pay all connection and telephone charges that arise from the use of the internet. In consideration for this service, the member agrees to provide updated information as prompted to do so by this service. The member grants Look4limos to disclose this information to third parties. However this information will not include member's name, mailing address, email address account and phone number, unless: 1 The member has authorised Look4limos to do so. 2 Look4limos is required to disclose such information by any applicable law or legal process being served against Look4limos.

Look4limos reserves the right to make amendments or modifications to the service without notice to any member of the third party.

4. Privacy Policy
Look4limos recognises the right of each member to be entitled to their privacy throughout their usage of the internet. (see privacy policy for further details).

5. Member Account
As a member of Look4limos you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You are also entirely responsible for all the activities that occur in your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of which you become aware.

6. Member Use and Conduct
Whilst using the site as a registered member, you will not:

* Use the site for any illegal activity. * Restrict any other member from enjoying the site
* Transmit or Post any fraudulent, abusive libellous obscene or otherwise objectionable information of any kind.
* Post or Transmit any information that contains any damaging component
* Post or transmit material that violate copyright of another party
* Use the site in any unlawful manner in any way
* Change or adapt any part of the site for any reason whatsoever

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to Look4limos for any reason.

7. Disclaimer
Look4limos states that this service is provided entirely at the owner's risk. Look4limos makes no guarantee that the service provided will meet your requirements, or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free. As a member you agree that any material you use through the service is done at members discretion and Look4limos will take no responsibility for any damage to members computer systems as a result of doing so. We do not accept responsibility for any defects that may exist or for any costs, loss of profits, loss of data, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to access Look4limos. You are responsible for making your own backup arrangements. Look4limos is provided without any warranties or guarantees.

8. Limitation of Liability
Look4limos will not be liable for any damages of any sort that arise from the use or inability to use the service, or for costs of procurement of goods or services that are resulting from transactions entered into through the service.

9. Indemnity
To the extent to which your use or the use by any person who may be authorised by you or for whom you are responsible (for example as the parent or Guardian of a child) causes loss or damage to any person, you agree to indemnify Look4limos immediately on demand in relation to any such losses or damages attributable to Look4limos, including where necessary any administrative, legal and or technical charges that may arise from such use.

10. Software
The Look4limos source code is the Copyright of Redbeck Group 2006. You agree that you will not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, copy, dismantle or otherwise attempt to derive the source code.
